If you’ve decided not to renew your .RealEstate website package, here’s what you need to know about the process, timeline, and options.

What Happens When You Don’t Renew

• Website Access and Domain Ownership: Your website and domain will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. After that, they will no longer be accessible online.

• Email Accounts, IDX, and CRM connected to your account will be deactivated at the end of the subscription period.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your .RealEstate account.

2. In your Dashboard, navigate to Domains, Name & Domain. 

3. Click the three dots located to the right of your listed domain, and select Manage Subscription. 

4. On that page, select Cancel Subscription. 

5. Confirm your choice.

Alternatives to Cancellation 

• Downgrade Your Package: If you want to reduce costs but keep your website, domain, email, etc. active, consider switching to a lower-tier plan.
