What's the .RealEstate charge on my credit card or bank statement?

Seeing a charge from .RealEstate on your credit card or bank statement usually reflects a purchase or renewal of one of our services related to your digital branding packages, domains, or add-ons. Here’s what that charge might be for:

Your statement could include one of the following .RealEstate charges:

  • Domain Registration or Renewal — Charges for a .realtor or .realestate domain registration or renewal.

  • Website Subscription — Billing for a website package you selected (BASIC, EDEG, PREMIUM, or ELITE).

  • Do It For Me (DIFM) Service — A one-hour website setup service we performed for your .RealEstate website.

  • Additional Domains — Charges for extra domains you’ve added to your account beyond your primary domain.

  • Business Tools Add-Ons — Optional services like professional email or other tools tied to your domain/website.

The descriptor on your credit card or bank statement may simply show “.RealEstate” or something similar — this is our billing name. These charges are tied to services you purchased or are renewing with us.

Note: Charges through 2025 show Real Estate Domains in the payee or description field of your statement.

If you still can’t match the charge or have questions, our support team is happy to assist. When contacting us via email at support@get.realestate, please have the following handy:

  • The date of the charge

  • The exact amount

  • The last 4 digits of the card used in the transaction

This helps us locate your billing record quickly and clarify exactly which service was charged.
