I am an existing get.realtor customer, what is happening with my account? 

Thank you for being a loyal customer! 

As a current .RealEstate legacy customer, you may notice that your experience visiting our website looks a little different. We are working through a transition to all new digital branding package for new and existing customers.

We're not quite ready for our legacy customers to get our new packages yet so when you login to the system you'll see the dashboard you've always seen. In the next few weeks and as we get to your renewal time period we'll start migrating current customers on to our new plans wtih discounted pricing. 

What’s Changing

We've introduced new .RealEstate packages designed to offer greater flexibility, enhanced website tools, and simplified account management. As part of this transition, all legacy customers will be moved to our new subscription packages when it’s time to renew your plan.

What to Expect at Renewal
When your renewal date arrives, your account will be automatically transitioned to one of our updated plans—with special discounted pricing as a thank-you for being part of our legacy system.

For example:

• If you currently have a .realtor domain with a free professional website, you’ll be moved to our BASIC package at renewal, with a discounted legacy rate.

You don’t need to take any action. We’ll reach out to you when we're ready for you to transition to a new plan with specific about your specific plan and next steps.
