How does the “Do It For Me” service work after purchase?

Congratulations on purchasing the .RealEstate “Do It For Me” (DIFM) service! You’ve taken the fast track to launching a professional, optimized real estate website—without the hassle of doing it yourself.

This service is designed to help you focus on your clients while our expert team handles your website setup, customization, and optimization.

Step 1: Complete Your Intake Form (Required)

To get started, purchase the service and fill out the onboarding form you received from our team as soon as possible.

This form provides our team with the key details needed to build and customize your website, including:

  • Branding (logo, colors, photos)

  • Contact information

  • Social media links

  • Content preferences

Important: Your project will not begin until this form is submitted.

Please note: The Do It For Me (DIFM) Intake Form is only for customers who have already purchased the Do It For Me setup service.  

Submitting the intake form does not purchase the service or start a setup request. The form is used to collect your website goals, priorities, and setup requests after your DIFM purchase so our team can prepare for your included one-hour setup session.

If you have not yet purchased Do It For Me, you'll need to do so before we can begin work on your website.

Step 2: Connect with Our Team

Once your intake form is received, our team will review your information and begin preparing your website setup.

In many cases, this includes:

  • A scheduled working session or internal setup time

  • Gathering any additional details if needed

  • Aligning your website with your brand and goals

Step 3: We Customize & Optimize Your Website

Using your included service time (typically 1 hour), our experts can*:

  • Customize your website template to match your brand

  • Add your logo, images, and personalized content

  • Set up lead generation forms with automated responses

  • Optimize your site for search engines (SEO)

  • Connect your Google Business profile and social media

This ensures your site is polished, professional, and ready to attract clients from day one.

(*Use your included 1-hour setup session however you'd like. Choose the updates that matter most, and we'll complete as much as possible during your session. Additional hours can be purchased if needed.)

Step 4: Review & Launch

After your website has been customized:

  • Our team will share the updates with you

  • You’ll have the opportunity to review and request minor edits

  • Once approved, your site is ready to go live (or continue performing even better)
