How can I update my personal information in my .RealEstate account?

Keeping your personal information up to date ensures your account details and communications are accurate. You can easily update most of your information in your .RealEstate account settings, but please note there are special rules if you have a .realtor domain name.

Update Your Information in Account Settings

For general updates (such as phone number or email address):

1. Log in to your .RealEstate account.

2. In the top right corner, click on your name and email address.

3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

4. In the first tab, update your personal information as needed.

5. Save your changes.
   
   

Updating First and Last Name for .realtor™ Domains

If you own a .realtor domain name, changes to your first and last name must be completed by our support team. This is because your name must match official membership records.

• NAR and CREA Members:

  • Your first and last name must match what is on file with your local board.

  • If your information needs updating, please contact your local board first to ensure your membership records are correct.

  • Once your board has updated your information, reach out to our support team and we will complete the update on your account.
