I am having trouble logging in, what do I do?
If you've tried to reset your password and aren't getting the reset link, look through this article and we'll help you out.
If you are having trouble logging in and you tried to reset your password and didn't recieve an email. Here are a few things you can do to login faster.
Customer who created an account prior to November 4, 2025 and have forgotten your password, please note that password resets must be completed through our legacy system here: https://app.get.realtor/password/new.
Important:
Our new system is not yet set up to process password resets for legacy users. If you attempt to reset your password through the new login page, it will not work. Please use the link above until you’ve been transitioned to the new experience.
Follow the prompts on that page to create a new password and regain access to your account.
