How do I reactivate my .RealEstate subscription or restore my service?

How you get your service back depends on where your subscription is right now. Log in at https://my.get.realestate/ (forgot your password? reset it at https://my.get.realestate/forgot-password) and find your situation below.

I cancelled, but my current term hasn't ended yet

Your service keeps working until the end of your term, and you can undo the cancellation yourself at no charge.

  1. Log in at https://my.get.realestate/.
  2. In the Domains section, click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the domain, then Manage Subscription. (Or click your name or email in the top right, then Account Settings, then Billing Information, and click the subscription.)
  3. Click Reactivate Plan. You'll see "Subscription reactivated successfully."

If a payment on your account is past due, this option is hidden until the payment is made. See the next section.

My payment failed and my services were suspended

When a payment fails, your domain and all of its services, including your website and email, are suspended until the past-due balance is paid. Your subscription hasn't been cancelled. Once the payment goes through, your services are restored automatically, though they can take some time to come back online. To pay, follow the steps in How do I manually process a payment on my .RealEstate subscription?.

If the balance isn't paid, your subscription may be cancelled and your services removed. If that happens, the next section applies.

My subscription has already been cancelled

When a subscription is fully cancelled, the services attached to it are removed, including the domain, the website and professional email. You can reactivate your plan yourself, but restoring any removed services has to go through our Customer Support team, and it's only possible for 30 days after cancellation.

Step 1: Reactivate your plan

  1. Log in at https://my.get.realestate/.
  2. Click your name or email in the top right, then Account Settings. (On a phone, open the menu (☰) and tap your name or email.)
  3. Open the Billing Information tab and click the cancelled subscription in the Subscriptions list.
  4. Click Reactivate Plan, then Continue to Checkout, and finish checking out.

Reactivating starts a new term today at your plan's full price, which is shown before you check out. Your next renewal will be one billing period from today. Reactivating doesn't bring your old services back on its own, so continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Contact Customer Support to restore your services

After you reactivate, contact Customer Support with your domain name. Email support@get.realestate or use the support form.

  • Domain, website and professional email: we can restore these for up to 30 days after cancellation, at no charge. A domain can't be restored if someone else has registered it in the meantime.
  • Premium email (Google Workspace): when a subscription is cancelled, your Google Workspace account is transferred directly to Google, so it keeps working under Google's own billing. If you'd like it moved back to your .RealEstate plan, Customer Support can help with that.
