How do I manually process a payment on my .RealEstate subscription?

If your .RealEstate subscription has an unpaid invoice, you can manually process your renewal payment directly from your account dashboard. This allows you to quickly bring your subscription current using your saved payment method or an updated card.

Steps to Manually Process a Payment

  1. Log in to your .RealEstate account at https://www.get.realestate/.

  2. In the top-right corner of your dashboard, click the section displaying your name and email address.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Click Billing Information.

  5. Scroll to the Payment Methods section. On the far right, click the three dots under + Add Payment Method.

  6. Click Edit.

  7. Select Billing History.

  8. Under the message indicating you have an unpaid invoice, click Pay Now.

  9. Click the dark blue Pay Now button in the upper right corner.

  10. Choose to use the card on file or update your payment method.

  11. Click the dark blue Pay Now button again to process the payment.

Once completed, your subscription will be renewed and your invoice marked as paid.
