How can I integrate my IXACT Contact CRM with my .RealEstate website?

The IXACT Contact CRM is included in wth our ELITE Package. You must upgrade to the ELITE package to unlock this resource. 

Connecting your .RealEstate website lead capture forms to your IXACT Contact CRM ensures that all leads are automatically sent to your CRM for easy follow-up and management. There are two primary ways to integrate IXACT Contact with your website: Email Parsing and Zapier Integration.

1. Email Parsing (Simplest Method)

Email parsing allows leads submitted through your website forms to be automatically added to your IXACT Contact CRM.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your IXACT Contact account here: https://appv2.ixactcontact.com/login 

  2. Navigate to User Profile > Lead Capture to find your unique lead capture parsing email address.

  3. Enter this email address in the backend of your .RealEstate website’s lead capture form.

  4. When a visitor submits a form, the lead will be sent directly to your CRM.

Lead Notification Options:

  • By default, you’ll receive an email notification for each new lead.

  • You can also enable text message notifications in the Lead Capture tab of your User Profile.

2. Zapier Integration (Advanced Method)

For users who want more control over lead data, IXACT Contact offers a Zapier integration. This method allows you to map form fields and categorize leads within your CRM.

Steps:

  1. Ensure your .RealEstate website is connected to Zapier.

  2. In Zapier, select IXACT Contact as the app you want to connect.

  3. Use your API key (found in the User Profile) and account login information to establish the connection.

  4. Map your website form fields to the corresponding contact fields in IXACT Contact.

  5. Choose additional settings for how contacts should be categorized, including:

    • Contact Status

    • Contact Group

    • Original Source

This method provides greater flexibility for lead management and segmentation within your CRM.
