Are there additional MLS fees with the PREMIUM or ELITE package IDX integration?

Yes, there can be additional MLS-related fees when using IDX with our PREMIUM or ELITE .RealEstate packages.

Each Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or association sets its own fees for IDX access. In most cases, this includes:

  • A one-time data connection (setup) fee
  • A recurring data management fee (monthly or annual)

These fees are sometimes labeled differently depending on the MLS, but they generally cover the initial setup of your IDX data feed and the ongoing maintenance of that data.

These charges are separate from .RealEstate package pricing. However, to make things easier, we collect and process these fees on your behalf as part of your initial purchase and ongoing subscription. These are considered passthrough fees, meaning they go directly to the MLS or association.

How much are these fees?
The fees are different for everyone because they are set by each individual MLS. Once you add your MLS to your plan, you’ll see an itemized breakdown of all applicable fees directly in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.

It’s important to note:

  • Some MLSs may charge only one of these fees—or none at all—but most charge both
  • Fees vary depending on the specific MLS or association you belong to
  • These are MLS-determined fees, not .RealEstate platform fees
  • In some cases, MLSs charge IDX providers vendor-related fees to access and deliver data, which are then passed through to users

Additional MLS Coverage:
Your package includes one MLS. If you choose to add more MLSs, there is an additional fee of:

  • $30/month per additional MLS
  • $360/year per additional MLS

This is also a passthrough fee, paid to our IDX provider.
