If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by copying, posting, storing, or transmission through a .realtor™ or .realestate website you may submit to .RealEstate a written notification containing the following information:
Upon receipt of an appropriate written notification from a complaining party containing the above information, .RealEstate will remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing. .RealEstate will forward the complaining party's written notification to the alleged infringer and will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that .RealEstate has removed or disabled access to the allegedly infringing material.
The alleged infringer may submit to .RealEstate a counter notification by providing a written notification to .RealEstate’s designated copyright agent that includes the following:
.RealEstate will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter notification and inform the complaining party that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in ten (10) business days. .RealEstate shall replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it not less than ten (10), nor more than fourteen (14) business days following its receipt of the counter notification, unless .RealEstate's designated copyright agent receives first notice from the complaining party that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material available through the relevant .realtor™ domain name.
OTHER COMPLAINTS
Any other complaints regarding violation of .RealEstate's AUP or Terms and Conditions of Use should be in writing and directed to support@get.realestate. Where possible, please include details that would assist .RealEstate in investigating and resolving such complaint, including the subject URL, copy or description of offending content or actions, and, if appropriate, identifying details of any rights allegedly infringed by the offending content/actions.
